Oolong Tea is a traditional Chinese tea. The origin of the tea has many different versions but it is one of the oldest teas amongst the Tea family. Oolong Tea is produced through a unique process. The tealeaves are allowed to dried up and oxidized under a strong sun before curling and twisting the leaves.
